Postmodern movies aim to subvert highly-regarded expectations, which can be in the form of blending genres or messing with the narrative nature of a film. For example, Pulp Fiction is a Postmodern film for the way it tells the story out of the ordinary, upending our expectations of film structure.

Mise- en - scene : Joeys starting outfit consisted of a graphic black T- shirt, reminiscent of the era the video is set in and matching the theme of rap (tying in with Goodwins Theory) This is accompanied by silver chains, baggy jeans and a black crewneck worn later on in the video

Mise-en-scene: Both are seen wearing similar clothing to Joey with more low key fits letting the spotlight shine on the star, Tony is seen wearing dark baggy denim which is reminiscent to grunge and 90s hip hop giving him a care free appearance with matching blue sneakers and hoodie. he is often seen with his overhead bag paying homage to the time period. Rowyn is seen in a similar outfit, with matching black highlights instead giving him a darker vibe. He is also wearing a black beanie which has villainous connotations and represents the difference between good and evil
